Mary Carillo insults to Serena Williams in 2010 Olympics. Mary Carillo is a controversial sports commentator for the sport of tennis as well as the Olympics 2010 in Vancouver. Carillo is known for her deeper voice, quick wit and a blunt and dry sense of humor.
Mary Carillo is well known for her colorful speech. Carillo coined the phrase “Big Babe Tennis” which describes the new era of power players in the Tennis world, such as Lindsay Davenport, Venus Williams and Serena Williams. Carillo commentaries the tennis matches, but her commentary is not pleasing Mary Carillo is a controversial broadcaster on the 2010 Olympics.
Carillo is known for her many fans as well as famous tennis players, such as Maria Sharapova, Venus Williams, Serena Williams as well as Andre Agassi. Tonight on the opening night of the 2010 Olympics, Mary Carillo really upset the world with her unnecessary remarks referring to Serena Williams and threatening murder while at Arthur Ashe. While Serena Williams was never charged with any threats toward anyone, the rude commentary remains unnecessary and brutal. Many tennis fans couldn’t stomach the rude comments of Mary Carillo and refused to watch the tennis match any longer.
